For convenience, in this course, we have combined the More and Additional versions of the HelioSol Technique. The breathing and visualization include additional, more complex concepts that expand the benefits of the internal light (introduced in the Foundational HelioSol Technique course) to influence the heart-generated toroidal field that exists around the bodymind. The Additional version takes the practice further by conforming to an advanced understanding of the double-tori structure of the heart-generated toroidal field around the body and how the energy flows.

Both the More and Additional HelioSol Techniques are primarily meditation practices. However, HelioSol Practitioners may utilize these in their sessions with their clients.

By learning and practicing the More and Additional HelioSol Techniques, it will be possible to:

Increase the spin, frequency, and energy of the bodymind’s toroidal field
Bring coherency to all internal bodymind structures
Bring coherency to each subtle body, chakra, and acupuncture point
Expand the diameter of the field out into the environment

This course is designed to take you beyond your basic Retreat and its tools by encouraging you work primarily with open eyes and use nature and the physical environment around you as an extension of your Retreat. You will be engaged in activities to facilitate personal development in the pursuit of becoming whole, healthy, and happy. You will be gaining more insight into answers to questions you may have about your life – past, present, or future.

In this course you will learn how to:

Overcome challenges and resistance to using the Retreat and its tools
Get into your Retreat faster
Face any fears that are holding you back in life
Gain information from the environment you are in, natural or man-made
