I have been involved in personal growth and spirituality for over 15 years. One of the most dramatic and powerful processes I have experienced came through BodyTalk (BT). I utilized BT when I was in the midst of serious illness. My allopathic doctor said he couldn't help me, yet my tongue was swollen and extremely red, my bowel was no longer functioning, I had extreme stomach pain and no appetite. I had anxiety that progressed into anxiety attacks, many of which lasted for several hours. I worked with a Doctor of TCM. The diagnosis was a severe viral infection in all my internal organs. I thought I was going to die. I knew that acupuncture was limited and slow in what it could accomplish and I knew intuitively that BT would help me where many other modalities could not because this system intervenes on all levelsŠ.physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

After each BT treatment I noticed dramatic improvements physically. I became less stressed out. I also believe from the information that we accessed, that more serious and chronic illness was averted. As well, my sense of well-being improved, I became more optimistic. After one process my eyesight immediately improved in clarity. I became more balanced and grounded and I had a deeper understanding of myself as a spiritual being. I have a deeper connection with the divine. I also experienced accelerated personal growth and change. While my recovery has been slow, the changes I have made through BT and other modalities feel concrete and permanent.
